At Brentwood Building, we realise that every project is different and the Brentwood team can work with you to customise homes to suit your individual needs and budget.
We have built homes ranging in price from $180k to over $1M and have worked on sloping blocks, canal blocks and flat home blocks.
Christian McArdle is the sole Director of Brentwood Building. He has lived on the Sunshine Coast for 17 years and has over 29 years experience in the Industry from his carpentry apprenticeship through to Management/Supervisor Roles with major construction companies. He established his own company in 2003 and has been creating beautiful homes and renovations ever since.
Personalised Service
Christian is still very hands-on with the building process and surrounds himself with a very experienced team of sub-contractors who are also committed to your project. Many have worked with the company since 2003 and have a strong working relationship with us and always offer the highest standard of work. We wouldn’t accept anything less!
Working with us at Brentwood Building means there are no middle men involved. The service is very personalised and you are only dealing with one key person who can organize everything you require along the process.
Administration and Design
Ann McArdle heads up the administration team and can assist with contracts, budgets, invoices and the sourcing of products. Ann is also available for help and guidance with choosing colours, fittings and interior design. Products and services are updated all the time and Ann is able to offer assistance with cabinetry design, plumbing, carpet and tiles plus a whole range of products and colour selections.
